Our fees are quoted upfront. The figures below are starting points — final pricing depends on firm size, complexity, and timeline.
Pricing Strategy Engagement
From TWD 180,000 for firms with up to five practitioners.
From TWD 260,000 for firms with six to fifteen practitioners.
Includes full rate audit, benchmarking, revised rate card, proposal templates, and leadership walkthrough over four weeks.
Rate Benchmarking Workshop
TWD 45,000 per firm (up to three principals).
Half-day session at our New Taipei City office or your premises within Greater Taipei.
Travel outside Greater Taipei billed at TWD 3,500 plus expenses.
Proposal Pricing Review
TWD 12,000 per proposal.
48-hour turnaround with written feedback and a 30-minute review call.
Rush review (24 hours): TWD 18,000.
Retainer Model Design
From TWD 95,000 for a single retainer tier design.
From TWD 140,000 for multi-tier packages with conversion plan.
Three-week engagement, remote delivery.
What affects your quote
- Number of practice areas: Firms with multiple service lines require separate benchmarking.
- Geographic scope: Regional benchmarking (Taiwan plus one other market) is standard. Additional markets add TWD 25,000 each.
- Timeline: Engagements requiring delivery within two weeks incur a 20% expedite fee.
- Data readiness: Firms that cannot provide twelve months of proposal and revenue data may need an additional discovery week (TWD 35,000).
Payment terms
- Engagements: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery of final deliverables.
- Workshops and proposal reviews: Full payment before the session or review begins.
- We accept bank transfer in TWD. Invoices available for corporate clients.
No hidden subscriptions
These are one-time professional fees. We do not charge monthly retainers for access to benchmarking data or ongoing advisory unless you separately engage us for retainer model design work.
