Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Magnolia Field Advisory provides professional consulting services, not physical products. This policy covers refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and deposits for all services listed on our Website.

Pricing Strategy Engagement

Deposit: 50% due on signing the engagement letter. Non-refundable once discovery work begins.

Cancellation before discovery begins: Full refund of deposit minus TWD 5,000 administrative fee.

Cancellation after discovery begins: Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after Week 1, you owe fees proportional to work completed, capped at 50% of the total engagement fee.

Our cancellation: If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Rate Benchmarking Workshop

Payment: Full fee due at booking.

Cancellation more than 14 days before: Full refund.

Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 7 days before: No refund. You may reschedule once within 60 days at no charge.

No-show: No refund. Rescheduling available at our discretion with a TWD 5,000 rebooking fee.

Proposal Pricing Review

Payment: Full fee due before review begins.

Cancellation before we begin review: Full refund.

Cancellation after review has started: No refund. Deliverables completed to that point will be shared.

Turnaround: If we fail to deliver feedback within the agreed turnaround (48 or 24 hours), you may request a full refund or continue at a 30% fee reduction.

Retainer Model Design

Deposit: 50% due on signing. Non-refundable once Week 1 discovery begins.

Cancellation before discovery: Full deposit refund minus TWD 5,000 administrative fee.

Cancellation after discovery: Deposit non-refundable. Additional fees owed for work completed, capped at 50% of total engagement fee.

Rescheduling

Workshops may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. Engagement timelines may be adjusted by mutual written agreement. Delays caused by your failure to provide required data may extend the timeline without fee adjustment.

Work already delivered

If deliverables have been provided and accepted (or not rejected within 10 business days of delivery), fees for completed phases are non-refundable.

Materials purchased on your behalf

We do not typically purchase materials for clients. If third-party data or licences are procured with your prior approval, those costs are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund process

1. Email info@toolkitmagnoliafield.click with your name, engagement reference, and reason for the refund request.
2. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.
